More Moores

The 1870 PA census is now every name searchable on ancestry.com, and I not only found Charles & Lucy MOORE with daughter Olivia, but found them living with Thomas & Susan MOORE. There is no relationship field in the 1870 census so I can’t be sure Thomas & Susan are Charles’ parents, but it is likely.

I then searched for Thomas & Susan in 1880. Enumerated with them is the single Elizabeth FLENARD who is listed as Thomas’ sister-in-law. Both Susan and Elizabeth were born in New Jersey, and there is a small group of FLENARDs in Burlington county in earlier censuses, although I have not found Elizabeth anytime but in 1880 so far. I don’t have immediate access to the 1860 or 1900 census. I’m looking forward to my next trip the local FHC to investigate further.
