I may be related to Timen Stiddem. I received the death certificate for Lucy H. MOORE last night that lists her parents and through a bit of investigation I found some others’ research that indicates this line:

Cool huh? If true, I think my dad's line now beats my mom's (descendant of Robert AYARS) with first ancestors to America. And, I finally can say that I have some Scandinavian in me.

I found a new ancestor. Yay! He owned slaves. Boo! This is the first slave owning ancestor I have found. I suppose it was inevitable being of European descent and with so many of my lines reaching back to colonial days, but I thought the poverty of most of my ancestors would prevent it. As Amended By Act of May 9, 1900 State of New Jersey, County of Cumberland. Garrison aged 65 years, a resident of Bridgeton, County of Cumberland, State of N.J., who, being duly sworn according to law, declares that he is the identical James B.
